Frosty Friday at the Ford

Views of the area behind Barclay Hall known as “Barclay Beach” because of its adjacency to our duck pond, where steam is rising on this first frosty day of the season.

Note to prospective students:  I realize that college viewbooks across the nation (including our viewbook!) are chockablock full of pastoral images like this.  But without judging anybody else’s campus, here’s what I know:  you can see vistas like this across pretty much our entire 216 acres.  Don’t fear that it only looks this good if you photograph it from a certain angle, in a certain season, or at a certain time of day.  Haverford College really is this gorgeous.
